Kenneth Farrar

His childhood census is shown here.

I must just really stink at finding people who are still alive.  I can't find anything.  I found a Kenneth Farrar who lived in Pine Bluff in 1993.  Even if that is him, that was 20 years ago.  And it provides no other information other than his name and an address.  Here is what I have for him on my Family Tree Maker... it's not much.

Kenneth Farrar was born in 1931 in Arkansas, USA as the second child of Thomas Elwood (Pudney) Farrar and Ruby Beatrice Sanderlin. He had four siblings, namely: Verneta Corinne, Johnnie Lavon, Delbert E, and James Winston.

Kenneth Farrar lived in Clear Creek, Drew, Arkansas, USA on 01 Apr 1940.

That's it.

*****UPDATE!!!!
I found him!!  With the help of a nice man who was just using google to find Mr Farrar's address,  I not only found him, I talked to him on the phone for over half an hour.  He was awesome and a great source of information to fill in the gaps in his family.  When I come back around to the Farrar branch, I'll be updating this with lots of information from him.  Yay for new cousins!!!

  3. Kenneth was a great grandson of Thomas Clay Farrar. Thomas Clay was the older brother of my great grandfather Andrew Bass Farrar.

I am desperately trying to contact a living Male relative of Thomas Clay Farrar.

Reason is that there are two males in the Farrar DNA project, descended from Andrew Bass Farrar, and who have tested their YDNA up to and including Big Y, which tests SNP's or single nucleotide polymoprhisms. All male descendants of Councillor William Farrar who arrived in VA 1618 have tested postive for SNP YP5905, however SNP's continue to evolve, and this two descendants of Andrew Bass Farrar also have as a terminal SNP BY27595.

We are trying to determine if BY27595 appeared with the birth of Andrew Bass Farrar or with his father William Thomas Farrar or even his grandfather, Thomas Farrar.

A descendant of Thomas Clay Farrar could help, and DNA is the ultimate proof of lineal descent.

  5. Lots of good info. You don't have anything on Andrew Bass Farrar and his descendants. A.B was brother of Thomas Clay. He was my great grandfather.
